Luke T. Buckley

Mr. Buckley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lipscomb University. A veteran of the retail and investment sectors of the financial services industry, he joined First Commerce Bank in 2011. He went on to graduate from the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt University and The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Buckley has served on the Tennessee Bankers Association Young Bankers Board of Directors and is currently involved with many local community groups. He has served on the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce Board as well as on the Board of the Lewisburg Rotary Club, where he is also a Past President.

Lee Bussart

Lee Bussart is a graduate of Hollins College and the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she received the Outstanding Student Attorney Award and served as President of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Bussart practiced as a civil litigator for ten years prior to taking the bench in 2011. Since then she has served as the Marshall County General Sessions and Juvenile Judge. Currently, she is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association House of Delegates and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.An active member of the Lewisburg Rotary Club Ms. Bussart also served on the boards of the Marshall Education Foundation and the Marshall County Memorial Library Foundation. In addition she has worked on behalf of young people in the court system in spearheading the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program and the Marshall County Teen Court.

Thomas H. Hawkins, IV

Mr. Hawkins attended Murray State University and received his degree in print management. He began his career with Lewisburg Printing after college and became CEO in 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Printing Industry Association of the South. Mr. Hawkins is very active in his community and served as a past president for the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce.

Jason D. Jent

Mr. Jent is a 1995 graduate of David Lipscomb University. After college and before moving back to Marshall County, Mr. Jent was a salesman for Interior Design Services, Inc. in Brentwood, Tennessee. After working as a realtor for 15 years, in 2011 he became the owner of David Jent Realty & Auction. Mr. Jent is very active in his community and served as Past President of the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and President of the Rocket Baseball Diamond Club in Chapel Hill.

David Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He returned to Lewisburg to work in the family business, Southern Carton Company, Inc., becoming President in 1987. Mr. Kennedy is involved in several community activities including the Industrial Development Board and is the present Chairman of the Joint Economic and Community Development Board.

John C. Marsh

Mr. Marsh earned a BS degree in Business Finance from Middle Tennessee State University in 1981. In 1995, he co-founded Big G Express in Shelbyville, TN where he served as the past CEO. Jack remains on the board of directors at Big G Express and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Fayetteville Lincoln County Industrial Board. He and his family live in Fayetteville, TN.

William B. Marsh

Mr. Marsh received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1973 with a major in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the School of Banking held at Vanderbilt University and of the Mid-South School of Banking at the University of Memphis. He attended the Executive Development School at Rhodes College in 1988-1989. Since that time he has had extensive financial institution experience in Marshall County Tennessee serving as President of Peoples and Union Bank for fourteen years and Chairman, President/CEO of First Commerce Bank from 2002 to 2018 at which time he began work on a part-time basis and continues today as Chairman of Board of Directors. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lewisburg Water and Wastewater Department. Mr. Marsh is the past Chairman of the Tennessee Bankers association. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Marshall Medical for 21 years until his retirement on December 31, 2022. He has held a variety of other positions in city and non-profit organizations.

James L. Russell, Jr.

Mr. Russell graduated from Columbia State Community College in 1973 with an Associates Degree in Business and from Middle Tennessee State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Economics and Finance. He joined Russell Vending Service in 1976, where he has served in a wide variety of roles, including human relations, accounting, data processing, electronics and others. He previously owned Russell Catering and is currently a realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Marshall County. Mr. Russell has been extensively involved in the social and business community of Lewisburg and Marshall County for many years.

Robert E. Wiles, Jr.

Mr. Wiles attended Vanderbilt University on a baseball scholarship and received his degree in Business Administration in 1977. Mr. Wiles has extensive experience in the retail and financial sectors and worked with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. He graduated from both the Tennessee School of Banking at Vanderbilt University and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is past president of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and past Chairman of the Board of Wee Care, Inc. Mr. Wiles is also chairman of the Industrial Development Board for the City of Lewisburg.
