Robert E. Wiles, Jr.

Mr. Wiles attended Vanderbilt University on a baseball scholarship and received his degree in Business Administration in 1977. Mr. Wiles has extensive experience in the retail and financial sectors and worked with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. He graduated from both the Tennessee School of Banking at Vanderbilt University and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is past president of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and past Chairman of the Board of Wee Care, Inc. Mr. Wiles is also chairman of the Industrial Development Board for the City of Lewisburg.

Luke T. Buckley

Mr. Buckley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lipscomb University. A veteran of the retail and investment sectors of the financial services industry, he joined First Commerce Bank in 2011. He went on to graduate from the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt University and The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Buckley has served on the Tennessee Bankers Association Young Bankers Board of Directors and is currently involved with many local community groups. He has served on the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce Board as well as on the Board of the Lewisburg Rotary Club, where he is also a Past President.

Tresha Grissom, D.V.M. 

Dr. Tresha Grissom earned her BS in Animal Science at the University of Tennessee and in 2002 earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.  After graduation, she practiced in Dickson, Tennessee, for the first two years before returning to Marshall County to practice at Lewisburg Animal Hospital in 2004.  In 2009, Dr. Grissom purchased the practice and expanded it into a thriving four-doctor small animal practice serving Marshall County.

Dr. Grissom is actively engaged in her community. She is a dedicated member of the Lewisburg Rotary Club, where she has served as both a past president and a long-standing board member. Additionally, she contributes to the Marshall Education Foundation and the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce through her board service.  She also serves on the Marshall County School Board for District 1 in Marshall County. 

Thomas H. Hawkins, IV

Mr. Hawkins attended Murray State University and received his degree in print management. He began his career with Lewisburg Printing after college and became CEO in 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Printing Industry Association of the South. Mr. Hawkins is very active in his community where he currently serves as Chairman of the Marshall County Joint Economic and Community Development Board and has served as a past president for the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce.

Jason D. Jent

Mr. Jent is a 1995 graduate of David Lipscomb University. After college and before moving back to Marshall County, Mr. Jent was a salesman for Interior Design Services, Inc. in Brentwood, Tennessee. After working as a realtor for 15 years, in 2011 he became the owner of David Jent Realty & Auction. Mr. Jent is very active in his community and served as Past President of the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and President of the Rocket Baseball Diamond Club in Chapel Hill.

John C. Marsh

Mr. Marsh earned a BS degree in Business Finance from Middle Tennessee State University in 1981. In 1995, he co-founded Big G Express in Shelbyville, TN where he served as the past CEO. Jack remains on the board of directors at Big G Express and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Fayetteville Lincoln County Industrial Board. He and his family live in Fayetteville, TN.

Robert P. Marsh

Mr. Marsh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2007. He currently serves as Vice President of Truck Product Sales for a global manufacturer of heavy-duty components in the trucking industry, where he has built a career centered on leadership, relationship development, and long-term business growth. He is also a founding member of the Tennessee Trucking Association Young Professionals. Mr. Marsh is proud to be a member of the Shelbyville community, where he resides with his family.
